ICE New Orleans has arrested Cristian Soto-Galeano, a previously convicted sex offender, after discovering he was living in the U.S. illegally. Soto-Galeano’s arrest photo is going viral now because he is a dwarf. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) New Orleans office on Monday announced the arrest of Cristian Soto-Galeano, a Guatemalan national convicted of indecent behavior with a juvenile and sentenced to two years in prison. The agency featured an image of Soto-Galeano in their social media post about the arrest, and appeared to poke fun at the foreign national’s small size.
