Big East Ryde with Rider Magazine, Syracuse, NY, Oct. 4

Saturday, October 4 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Join Rider’s editor-in-chief Greg Drevenstedt for a scenic early-fall ride in central New York that coincides with his appearance at the Big East Powersports Show. Greg will lead a ride from the New York State Fairgrounds Expo Center in Syracuse (site of the Big East Powersports Show) to Cayuga Lake and Taughannock Falls State Park. All riders, all brands, and all models are welcome! Greg will be riding the 2025 Can-Am Canyon Redrock, so you can check out Can-Am’s new adventure-ready three-wheeler in person. The ride will start at 8:30 a.m. at the New York State Fairgrounds Expo Center (enter via Gate 2 on State Fair Blvd.). The 140-mile ride will take about 4 hours and includes a stop at Taughannock Falls State Park (photo below). You can view the ride route on REVER (where you can download a GPX file) or on Google Maps (see map below; ride will go counterclockwise). Those who join the ride and get FREE admission to the Big East Powersports Show, where at 1 p.m. Greg Drevenstedt will unveil Rider’s 2025 Motorcycle of the Year. Others who don’t join the ride can buy tickets online or at the show gate.
