Teacher SUSPENDED After Forcing Young Children to Watch Charlie Kirk Assassination Video, Telling Them He “Deserved It”
This is absolutely sickening.
The video of Charlie Kirk being shot in the neck was extremely graphic.
I’m sure you’ve seen it by now.
It’s certainly not material I would show my children, or anyone else’s, for that matter.
Yet, a public elementary school teacher in Toronto, Canada is being accused of doing just that.
The Toronto District School Board has suspended a teacher after he allegedly forced students to repeatedly watch the bloody assassination video while ranting about “fascism” and saying Charlie “deserved it.”
Some of the kids were as young as 10-years-old.

The Toronto Sun has more details:
Can anybody imagine a teacher showing students as young as 10 the video of Charlie Kirk being murdered by a gunshot to the neck?

The Toronto District School Board is investigating an allegation of this happening at a Scarborough elementary school.
First, a University of Toronto professor was sent home for an X post that appeared after the shooting suggesting shooting is “too good” for fascists, and now the TDSB has done the same with a teacher who allegedly showed a Grade 5 and 6 class Kirk’s assassination in Utah.
The Corvette Junior Public School teacher was not in class Friday while the TDSB investigates the complaint from parents that a class of 10 and 11 year olds was shown a graphic video of the slaying.
“Several students from his class went home and complained to their parents, traumatized at witnessing the on-camera death, which they were forced to witness numerous times over,” a source close to the situation alleged. “Parents subsequently reached out to school administrators, who will be putting him on leave at the start of the school day September 12th 2025.”
“While playing this video repeatedly, he gave a speech to his students regarding anti-fascism, anti-trans, and how Charlie Kirk deserved for this to occur,” the source claimed.
The school’s principal, Jennifer Koptie, sent parents a letter explaining that they are investigating the situation and have suspended the teacher responsible for traumatizing their children.
According to her letter, it appears that the teacher that showed the video to students was not the main teacher, but someone appointed to oversee the class. Perhaps a substitute?
Here’s a copy of that letter:
In case that’s hard to read, here’s the full text:
Dear Parents/Guardians/Caregivers of French Immersion Grade 5/6A,
We are writing to inform you about an incident that is reported to have taken place in your child’s class yesterday. During class, students were said to have been shown a portion of a violent video in response to questions being asked about a recent tragic event in the United States. The video is believed to have been shown once by a staff member supervising the class who is not the homeroom teacher. While an investigation must still be conducted to learn all of the details, the report of this incident is extremely troubling and completely unacceptable.
We recognize the seriousness of this matter and have taken immediate steps to follow all appropriate policies and procedures. The teacher has been relieved of all teaching responsibilities pending the outcome of the investigation and will not be at the school.
I also want to assure you that our top priority is supporting students. Social Work support has been made available to the school today, and I will be visiting the class along with a member of our Social Work team to check in with students and provide support.
If you have any additional questions, please contact me at the school.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Koptie, Principal- Corvette Junior Public School
This isn’t just disgusting, it’s bordering on child abuse.
At a minimum, this teacher should be fired and lose their teaching license.
I can’t imagine any parents would trust someone like this to teach their children ever again.
He will be getting a paid vacation? NO .. NO way. FIRE this teacher and revoke their license to teach!

Website Goes Live Tracking 50,000+ Hateful Posts (and Employers) About Charlie Kirk After His Death
This is going to be very controversial...
And I am even a bit conflicted on it, so allow me to simply report what is going on and then I'll give you my current stream-of-consciousness thoughts as of right now.
A website has gone live called CharliesMurderers.com which claims to track and document all hateful and politically-violent comments about Charlie Kirk after his murder.
It has already gathered over 50,000 submissions and is growing very fast.
See it here: https://www.charliesmurderers.com
The homepage begins with this:
The website is apparently tied to this X account:
The About page of the website makes clear this is not a doxxing website, but rather a "lawful data aggregator or publicly-available information."
This is not a doxxing website.
This website is a lawful data aggregator of publicly-available information. It has been created for the purposes of public education.
We seek to collect and archive instances of individuals promoting or glorifying of political violence, much like archive.org or archive.is. We firmly denounce all political violence and criminal activity.
This website is being converted into a mass searchable database of over 20,000 entries.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Charlie Kirk’s family.
I do think that's a very important distinction.
I will never support doxxing. If someone is private and does not voluntarily put their identity online, that privacy should not be violated. Especially in today's world, where you can be assassinated in the neck because someone disagrees with you, doxxing can be fatal.
But that's not what this website does.
It doesn't expose people who tried to remain private, it simply posts and documents people who willingly posted vile, hateful comments about Charlie Kirk online.
If you want to post hate like that, it does seem to me only fair that you don't get to try and run away from it later on. The Internet is written in ink.
One exception I would highlight though, is that it does seem like some submissions are screenshots of private DMs or private text messages and I don't support those being made public without the other person's consent.
Now to address the Free Speech question, because I can already hear it.
"But what about Free Speech, Noah? I thought you supported the Constitution and the 1st Amendment! Hypocrite! You support these people getting fired from their jobs because of something they said? What happened to Free Speech?"
I do support Free Speech, probably more-so than most anyone you know.
And this is not in any way limiting Free Speech.
All 50,000 of these people have the right to say these things and post them online.
But....Free Speech does NOT protect you against all consequences.
If I go to my boss at work and I say "Hey boss, I just wanted to tell you you have a big old fat, ugly face that makes me want to barf every time I see it and I wish you would get shot in the neck!" -- I probably would be fired from that job instantly.
I don't get to claim "Free Speech" protects my job!
No it doesn't.
It protects you from the Government throwing you in prison over words.
Furthermore, while I think Free Speech should be absolute, our Supreme Court has ruled it's not, and there are exceptions even to the First Amendment where you do not get a blank check to say anything and everything you want. There are limits. And there are consequences.
So there you go!
