We’re seeing more and more cats running around town with their pawrents lately. They are in strollers, walking on leashes, and riding in backpacks on hiking trips. Some are expert paddleboarders, kayakers, and swimmers. Long gone are the demure days of the lazy housecat, lounging around eating store-bought, mouse-flavored treats. These new cats crave adventure, and Mr. Pea is one of them. That is not to say that Mr. Pea doesn’t spend a fair amount of time lounging around. However, his favorite treat is a bit more bougie than those mouse-flavored treats. This happy little travel animal is addicted to the white fluff. Whipped cream. Cats are devious that way. The poor elderly gentleman can’t go near the refrigerator without being “bullied” into supplying the sweet nectar of the can. In an effort to ensure that Mr. Pea has an adequate knowledge base to understand the outside world, Grandpa reads to him regularly. According to his owner, Mr. Pea has a regular job doing taxes. On his off time, he enjoys accompanying his Mom on shopping excursions to Hobby Lobby, Lowe’s, Bass Pro Shop, and more.
