WATCH: RFK Jr. Responds to President Trump’s Comments About Heaven — “You are Doing God’s Work”

Twice now, President Trump has made comments doubting whether he’ll “get to heaven.” A few weeks back, he told Fox News this: Wow. President Trump tells Fox News he hopes his efforts to end wars will bring him closer to Heaven. This is powerful. Watch: “I just want to end it. If i can save seven thousand people a week from getting killed, that’s pretty good. I want to get to heaven if possible. I’m… pic.twitter.com/jcrQy4ixtT — Benny Johnson (@bennyjohnson) August 19, 2025 Then, a few days ago, he said it again: Trump: I don’t think there’s anything that’s going to get me into heaven. I think I’m not heaven bound. I’m not sure I’m going to be able make heaven pic.twitter.com/gzPwKnd5j0 — Acyn (@Acyn) October 12, 2025 Today, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. took a moment to directly address those concerns with President Trump. And, Bobby essentially gave him a reality check! “You are doing God’s work here,” RFK Jr. told President Trump, before going on to list just some of his recent achievements. Watch the powerful moment for yourself right here: BREAKING: In an incredible moment, Secretary Bobby Kennedy responds to President Trump saying he won’t get to heaven “You didn’t believe you were gonna get to heaven…YOU are doing GOD’S WORK here!” *Trump flashes a huge smile* “You’ve made peace in the Middle East…and… pic.twitter.com/EFisqAtFNO — Eric Daugherty (@EricLDaugh) October 16, 2025 BREAKING: In an incredible moment, Secretary Bobby Kennedy responds to President Trump saying he won’t get to heaven “You didn’t believe you were gonna get to heaven…YOU are doing GOD’S WORK here!” *Trump flashes a huge smile* “You’ve made peace in the Middle East…and now, you’re giving millions of Americans a chance to have babies. You’re doing this while the government is locked down, by the Democrats.” “This is because of your energy, commitment and vision. And I want to thank you for allowing me to be part of it.” RFK Jr. and Trump are a GREAT team! What incredibly beautiful words, Bobby! Did you see that smile on President Trump’s face? Robert F. Kennedy Jr. responded to the heaven comments after President Trump made a big announcement on lowering the prices of fertility treatments. Here’s a breakdown of that announcement: Trump struck a deal with EMD Serono to significantly cut prices on IVF drugs (e.g. Gonal-F, Ovidrel, Cetrotide). Under the agreement, the drugs—when purchased as part of a bundled IVF package—will be discounted by up to ~84%. The discounted medications will be made available through a new government platform, TrumpRx, launching in 2026, allowing direct purchases from manufacturers. The administration will push for expedited FDA reviews of fertility drugs (e.g. Pergoveris) to foster competition and lower costs. New federal guidance aims to let employers offer standalone fertility benefit plans (separate from traditional health insurance) more easily. The initiative is framed as a way to remove financial barriers to IVF, though it focuses primarily on reducing drug costs rather than covering the full expense of fertility treatments. No new federal funding, subsidies, or mandates for insurers to cover IVF broadly are included in the announcement. After the press conference, RFK Jr. followed up with this heartwarming truth bomb on X: Earlier this week President Trump mused that he didn’t believe he’d get into heaven — but the truth is he’s doing God’s work here. Infertility is increasing in America, and the @POTUS MAHA Agenda is addressing the root causes. Infertility is increasing in America, and the @POTUS MAHA Agenda is addressing the root causes. Today, through President Trump’s leadership, we’re expanding access to IVF, giving millions of Americans the chance to raise a family. Now, first of all, I have to say that this idea of “doing something” to get to heaven is not consistent with the Gospel. The matter of President Trump’s salvation is between him and God, but if he has accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, then he will join him in heaven someday (hopefully not too soon!) Folks on X shared this message for President Trump: I couldn’t be happier that we have leaders publicly speaking about Jesus, however this sentiment keeps being used. There is NOTHING we can do to save ourselves. No amount of works, even peace in the Middle East as amazing as that is, saves you. Only Jesus. Paul (@embracelovetv) October 16, 2025 It is nice for leaders to be praised for doing good, especially when it comes to things like pursuing peace and defending life. Those are important and meaningful efforts. But biblically speaking, we have got to be careful not to confuse doing good things with being saved. The Bible is really clear on this: salvation doesn’t come from achievements, no matter how big. It comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is by grace you have been saved through faith… not by works, so that no one can boast. (Ephesians 2:8–9) Jesus even said the real work of God is to believe in the One He sent (John 6:29). So while we can and should honor @realDonaldTrump and his team for their impact, we should not assume that they are the same as being right with God. Good works matter, but they are the fruit of salvation, not the source of it. .@RobertKennedyJr Still, it’s nice to see our leaders openly and publicly talking about heaven and God. They’re going in the right direction. And, Bobby’s praise of President Trump’s good deeds was on-point. I agree with RFK Jr. that God is using President Trump as instrument for a lot of good in our nation and in the world. What are your thoughts?
