She began recording the scene because no one would believe her without video evidence. She was able to zoom in fairly well, and it was indeed what appeared to be a rooster. Someone mentioned that no chicken on the planet would stand that still for that long. No one has been able to identify the man, but the curiosity is creating quite a buzz on TikTok. One commenter mentioned that the man might be a taxidermist working on his portfolio. That explanation makes more sense than many of the other suggestions.
