BREAKING: House Oversight Committee Declares ALL of Joe Biden’s Autopen Pardons “NULL AND VOID”
The House Oversight Committee’s investigation into the Biden autopen scandal has finally wrapped up.
Today, the Committee released a 100-page report concluding that all pardons and executive actions signed using Joe Biden’s autopen are “illegitimate” due to his cognitive decline.

The House Oversight Committee released a video breaking down their report’s findings, complete with testimony footage from some of Biden’s staff:
Joe Biden WAS NOT running the show.
Our new report EXPOSES how Biden’s decline was real and his aides covered it up.
Aides didn’t even know WHO was operating the autopen to sign official documents and pardons.

It’s important to note that congressional committees do not have the authority to legally declare presidential actions “null and void.”
That’s why Committee Chair James Comer is now calling on the DOJ to launch a full investigation of their own in order to formally void Biden’s pardons.
NBC News reported:
The Republican-led House Oversight Committee asserted in a report Tuesday that some executive actions that then-President Joe Biden signed by autopen, including his pardons, were “illegitimate” because he suffered from mental decline while in office and could have been unaware of their contents.
The committee’s Republicans said in the report that they deemed as “void all executive actions signed by the autopen without proper, corresponding, contemporaneous, written approval traceable to the president’s own consent.”
In a letter accompanying the report, Committee Chair James Comer, R-Ky., urged Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate Biden’s executive actions “to ascertain whether they were duly authorized by the President of the United States.”
Before he left office, Biden issued several pardons for members of his family and key associates who he said could be targets of political retribution by the Trump administration. Those included pre-emptive pardons for his two brothers and sister; Dr. Anthony Fauci, former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases; former Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley; members of Congress involved in the Jan. 6 investigation and their staff, including now Sen. Adam Schiff, D-Calif.; and Washington police officers who testified before that panel. Biden also pardoned his son Hunter Biden of federal gun and tax charges after saying he would not do so.
Rep. Comer went into more detail in an appearance on Benny Johnson’s show:

BREAKING: House Oversight Chair James Comer says the DOJ can now declare all of Biden’s pardons “NULL AND VOID” and begin mass arrests within the Deep State:
“There is nothing stopping the Department of Justice from going after the Deep State. With our investigation, if the DOJ does what we recommended, they will be declared null and void.”
“Fauci for everything he put us through, the J6 committee for falsifying documents, the Biden family for taking millions from our enemies and lying, the list goes on.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi has not confirmed whether or not the DOJ will be voiding Joe Biden’s autopen pardons and executive orders.
But, she did say that the DOJ is working with the House Oversight Committee on the issue:
My team has already initiated a review of the Biden administration’s reported use of autopen for pardons.@RepJamesComer’s new information is extremely helpful, and his leadership on this issue is invaluable. We’ll continue working with @GOPoversight to deliver accountability…

Of course, voiding the pardons would open the door for the criminal prosecution of Fauci, Hunter, the J6 committee, and more.
It needs to happen asap! The time for accountability is now!
Let’s hope it doesn’t just disappear on Bondi’s desk again…
