These provisions come across as heavily slanted towards Moscow and received a carefully worded response from Zelensky's office on Thursday. Meanwhile, Russian strikes continue with six people killed overnight - five in the southern Zaporizhzhia region and one in the eastern Dnipropetrovsk region.
