Contrary To The Public Whining, Mortgage Rates And Home Prices Are DOWN This Year
We are probably pretty close to as low as we are going to go but this is a good time for home purchases. Annual Mortgage payments are $2900 less now than they were at the end of 2025 and this is starting to trickle into rental rates as well.
