Creedence Clearwater Revival songwriter, vocalist, and guitarist John Fogerty will celebrate his 81st birthday in 2026 and will continue to tour. So far, he has scheduled shows in Las Vegas in January, will return there in March and will also travel to Mexico to perform at the Vive Latino Festival. In 2023, Fogerty finally regained the rights to his songs, which for decades had been owned by Fantasy Records, a label controlled by Saul Zaentz. In 2025, he released "Legacy: The Creedence Clearwater Revival Years", an album in which he re-recorded some of the biggest hits from his time with the band.
