The pair met more than a decade ago and, despite their efforts to deny the chemistry between them, fell madly in love. They married in July 2021 and will celebrate their fifth anniversary later this year. Even though they seem very different on the surface, their relationship tells a very different story. Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani Are “Solid” In late 2025, rumors began circulating that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani might be headed for divorce. But an insider close to the couple told People that’s not the case. “There is no truth to the split rumors. They’ve just been juggling demanding schedules,” the source said. “When they are together, it’s just so obvious how solid they are.” The two have definitely had some significant career shifts in the last couple of years. Gwen released her country album Bouquet at the end of 2024, and Blake began working on his new show, The Road. Like many celebrity power couples, they do their best to balance it all. “Sometimes they spend a lot of family time together and really treasure that, and then there are periods when the focus is more on work,” the source explained. “They’re both at a place in their careers where they still genuinely enjoy what they do, and they don’t want to give that up. Is it easy all the time? Of course not. They have a lot on their plates and a lot to balance, but that’s just how it is when you’re a family, and both parents have careers.“ Clearly, the big moments mean a lot to Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani, and ringing in the new year together was a can’t-miss.
