A member of the Pagan’s Motorcycle Club who had been on the run since late December was captured Monday morning in Tullytown Borough. Scott Alford, 55, was taken into custody without incident at approximately 6:15 a.m. by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and the Bucks County Sheriff’s Office. Law enforcement officials said they located Alford in the 300 block of Main Street in Tullytown Borough where he was reportedly hiding. Alford was wanted on a warrant issued Dec. 23 for violating his probation. According to authorities, the probation stemmed from a 2023 conviction for terroristic threats in Lower Southampton Township.
