William Clark Green Announces Cotton Fest Lineup Featuring Flatland Cavalry, 49 Winchester, Josh Abbott & More

Get ready, Lubbock. It’s no stretch to say that Texas, which is oftentimes considered the true epicenter for country music, is chock-full of some of the best festivals throughout the year. While Two Step Inn has been the biggest event flying out of the Lone Star state over the past few years, you also have the likes of Cattle Country and the brand-new Lone Star Smokeout (an offshoot of Chicago’s Windy City Smokeout) populating the state. With that being said, however, Texas’ very own William Clark Green has been spearheading one of the most underrated music events not only in the state but in all of country music with his BYOB Cotton Fest in Lubbock. Being founded by Green, along with Andy Keyes and Trevor Cook, the festival started back in 2019. Since then, it has hosted the likes of The Red Clay Strays, Treaty Oak Revival, Whiskey Myers, Shane Smith and the Saints, Shenandoah, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Southall and many more stellar Texas acts. Last year, Green and Co. brought along a truly impressive Texas-centric lineup consisting of Muscadine Bloodline, Randy Rogers Band, William Clark Green, Braxton Keith, Ty Myers, Hudson Westbrook, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Hayes Carll, Kaitlin Butts, Tyler Halverson and Kat Hasty. Looking ahead to this year, they might have just outdone themselves. Just announced this morning, Green, along with Flatland Cavalry and 49 Winchester, who will be giving the festival some Virginia flare, will be headlining Cotton Fest 2026. Additionally, the lineup will feature the likes of Josh Abbott Band, Dexter & the Moonrocks, William Beckmann, Tyce Delk, Gannon Fremin & CCREV, Josh Baunmann, Haydon Wiginton and Aiden Logsdon.
