Mark isn’t doing so well in Invincible season four. He messed up at the end of the third season and a lot of people are dead because of it. In the trailer released today, we see him go on the path of vengeance (a path bespeckled with animated blood and flying teeth) until his dad tries to recruit him to fight an intergalactic war.
Here’s the log line for the fourth season, which gives little more detail but makes the show sound enticing:
While the world recovers from catastrophe, a changed Mark fights to protect his home and the people he loves, setting him on a collision course with a threat that could alter the fate of humanity forever.
It’s pretty grim, folks!
Invincible comes from Skybound Animation Studio and it based on the comics by Robert Kirkman and Cory Walker, who are co-creators of the series along with Ryan Ottley. The show features the voice talent of Steven Yeun, Sandra Oh, and J.K. Simmons. Additional cast also includes Gillian Jacobs, Seth Rogen, Walton Goggins, Lee Pace, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Jason Mantzoukas, Zazie Beetz, Grey DeLisle, Zachary Quinto, Chris Diamantopoulos, Ross Marquand, Khary Payton, Andrew Rannells, Kevin Michael Richardson, Ben Schwartz, Clancy Brown, Jay Pharoah, Mark Hamill, Matthew Rhys, Danai Gurira, and Melise.
Season four of Invincible premieres on Prime Video on March 18, 2026.
