Despite earlier reporting that had a different judge’s name, the judge’s name is Douglas Micko. CBS News confirmed: The magistrate judge who declined to approve charges for Lemon was Douglas Micko, sources told CBS News. Micko previously worked as a federal public defender. His wife, Caitlin Micko, works as an assistant in the office of notoriously anti-ICE Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison.
