DHS: 'Officers Attempted to Disarm the Suspect'
The Department of Homeland Security said Saturday that the 51-year-old man shot and killed by federal agents died after a defensive struggle while officials were conducting a "targeted operation" seeking an "illegal alien wanted for violent assault."
