There’s a new Chicken McNugget pairing at McDonald’s that will either make your mouth water or your stomach turn… The iconic franchise announced a partnership with Baerii Sturgeon to introduce a “gourmet” caviar kit just in time for Valentine’s Day, so you and your sweetheart can fine-dine on a budget (more on that below). And we aren’t kidding about it being gourmet. Baerii Sturgeon is an extremely well-renowned company that has supplied caviar to Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels for 35 years. McDonald’s promises that the “crispy, golden goodness of [its] signature McNuggets” works perfectly with the “salty, savory, black pearls of Paramount’s Baerii Sturgeon caviar” and makes “a true match made in heaven,” according to a statement given to Parade. The caviar kits offer an “upscale yet effortless celebration” with a 1-ounce tin of “McNugget Caviar,” a $25 Arch Card to buy your Chicken McNuggets, some crème fraîche, and a Mother of Pearl caviar spoon. The unique meal drops at 11 a.m. ET on Feb. 10. But you can only purchase it on the official sweepstakes website. And guess what—IT’S FREE. That’s right. McDonald’s is handing out the caviar kit for absolutely nothing, while supplies last. So be sure to set an alarm and get your kit the second the sweepstakes opens.
