Russian Intel Agency Claims Western NGOs Planning Color Revolution In Belarus
In September 2025 the SVR claimed the West was planning a color revolution in Serbia and in September 2024 the spy agency claimed the U.S. was preparing a similar coup in Georgia. Neither of those claims came to fruition however.
