President Donald Trump claimed on Thursday that former President Barack Obama had shared “classified information” when he stated on a recent podcast that aliens “are real.” Trump was speaking to reporters aboard Air Force One when Fox News White House Correspondent Peter Doocy raised the topic, saying, “Barack Obama said aliens are real. Have you seen any evidence of non-human visitors to Earth?” “He gave classified information, he’s not supposed to be doing that,” Trump replied. When asked whether that meant that aliens were, in fact, real, Trump demurred and said he wasn’t certain whether “they’re real or not.” “I can tell you he gave classified information, he’s not supposed to be doing that,” Trump continued. “He made a big mistake. He took it out of classified information.”
