The vast majority of Democrats disgraced themselves during President Trump’s State of the Union address on Tuesday night. During the speech, most Democrats refused to stand when President Trump honored Iryna Zarutska’s family, Erika Kirk, and multiple veterans. Sen. Fetterman was one of just a few Democrats who actually showed some respect by standing and clapping. And now, he’s calling out other members of his party for refusing to do so. How can’t we acknowledge that?” “I clapped for the family that lost the Ukrainian girl…the Venezuelan political prisoner…the veterans.” “I’ll always clap for things I agree with, like striking the Iranian sites.” “And if I don’t agree, I certainly won’t yell, scream and disrupt the whole thing.” Folks, this is called acting like a normal American. It shouldn’t be controversial to honor veterans who fight for our nation or people who lost innocent loved ones. That’s just basic human decency. Yet, once again, Sen.
