Kyiv Says Russia Accepted US Plan for Ukraine Security Guarantees
Russia said at recent talks in Geneva it would accept the U.S. proposal for Ukraine's post-war security guarantees, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's chief of staff said on Saturday.
