JUST IN: NYPD Evacuates Park Near Gracie Mansion After ANOTHER “Suspicious Package” Discovered
Under Mayor Zohran Mamdani, New York is scarily spiraling into a full-blown terror state.
Since two Muslim terrorists tried to bomb an anti-Islam protest over the weekend, the NYPD has already discovered two “suspicious devices” in NYC.
On Sunday, we brought you this report:
JUST IN: NYPD Discovers ANOTHER “Suspicious Device” in Parked Vehicle Near Gracie Mansion
And now, yet another “suspicious package” has been found near the mayor’s residence, Gracie Mansion, which is where the attempted terror attack took place on Saturday.
This time, the “suspicious device” was found in Carl Schurz Park, which has since been evacuated by the NYPD.

The NYPD released this statement:

At this time, police have not confirmed whether or not the device was a live bomb or just a false alarm.
NBC New York reported:
The NYPD responded to a suspicious device located near Gracie Mansion, several days after two men lit a homemade explosive in what law enforcement has called an “ISIS-inspired terrorism” incident in Manhattan.
A senior law enforcement source said the latest device was discovered near Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s residence on Tuesday, but it was not immediately clear if it was a real explosive, a hoax, or something else discarded near the scene.
The NYPD posted a bulletin on social media telling New Yorkers to avoid the area near Carl Schurz Park. Officers were seen escorting people out of the park and placing caution tape and barriers around the perimeter.
However, rightfully so, many New York citizens are terrified by the recent events.
CBS News shared some statements from local officials and residents:
The neighborhood has been on edge after this weekend, when two Pennsylvania teens were arrested over the weekend for allegedly bringing improvised explosive devices to a protest outside Gracie Mansion as part of “an act of ISIS-inspired terrorism,” New York Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch said.
The NYPD said East End Avenue between 85th Street and 87th Street was closed Tuesday while the bomb squad investigates.
“I have been briefed by [Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch] on a suspicious device found in Carl Schurz Park in my district. To ensure our community remains safe, we encourage everyone to follow the NYPD’s guidance and stay away from the area,” New York City Council Speaker Julie Menin posted on social media.
“We had the thing yesterday, again, the whole street was closed off,” resident Brendan Ryan said. “And now this again.”
“We’ve never had an event like this, as you can imagine, so there’s obviously concern,” one area resident said. “The police seem to have been timely and have matters in hand very quickly.”
“You live in New York City today, you have to pay attention no matter what you’re doing. It’s as simple as that,” Ryan said.
I can’t say that New York isn’t getting exactly what they voted for.
We tried to warn them.
