The Supreme Court is preparing to hear one of the most important cases of our lifetimes. Next week on April 1st, SCOTUS will weigh whether or not to uphold President Trump’s executive order restricting birthright citizenship. If the court sides with President Trump, this would mark the end to decades of birth tourism — a loophole that illegal immigrants and foreigners have been abusing to get citizenship for their children.
