Of course, to be even more accurate, they were actually DOMESTIC TERRORISTS.

But I suspect that phrase WOULDN'T be allowed as the prosecution would REALLY parse the definition apart to get it excluded.

Given the PC climate and how judges have usually caved to the left, I'd say it's a major defense victory to be allowed to call them rioters. That word alone carries a LOT of weight.

Good to see the judge is allowing some common good sense into the proceedings.
