He says he plans to livestream anyways Conservative comedian Steven Crowder is not allowed to livestream an upcoming free speech event at the University of Pennsylvania, the commentator announced today. However, Crowder said he plans to go ahead anyways. “I’m telling you right now..we plan to go to UPenn Friday, April 10 and live stream,” he said. “That is what we will do.
