Former President Joe Biden returned to the public stage this week, and almost immediately delivered the kind of unscripted moment that has followed him throughout his decades-long political career. While addressing a crowd, Biden spotted a black man in the audience and called out, “Barack, what are you doing? Come here, come here, come here, come here.” He then added, “Come here!”  “I feel like he should be standing to the right and I should be standing to the left. Doesn’t he look like Barack? Anyway.” The man was not Barack Obama.
