Henry Winkler Hilariously Takes Issue with Famed Fonz Statue
Happy Days is one of the most iconic television series of all time. The story followed the lives of Richie Cunningham and his best friends Potsie Weber, Ralph Malph, and, of course, Arthur Fonzarelli, better known as The Fonz. The show took place in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the 1950s. The kids hung out at Al’s Diner and had a wholesome, good time. Henry Winkler portrayed The Fonz for all 11 seasons of the show. During a recent appearance on the Today Show, Henry Winkler made a hilarious confession about the famed Fonz statue in Milwaukee.
“You know what pisses me off? He’s taller,” Henry Joked. “He’s taller than I am. I don’t look him in the eye.”

Henry Winkler Visits the Fonz Statue When He Can
Although he and the Bronze Fonz statue aren’t exactly the same height, Henry Winkler is sure to stop by and see his character’s likeness when he’s in town.
Henry Winkler shared a photo standing with the Bronze Fonz on X,and fans loved seeing the two of them together. Plenty shared their own memories of Happy Days and stops at the statue while in Milwaukee.
“I love that you’ve embraced the Fonz. The character has meant so much to so many!” A fan sahred.
“I realize ur really just an actor that played the Fonz- but in my book, still the coolest hands down!!” Another person wrote.
Henry Winkler’s portrayal of the Fonz meant so much to his fans who still love waiting him today.
“I’m smiling as I look at this because when this show started around 1974, I watched and loved it… then your character was introduced into the show in a cloth jacket (leather came later) this was during my teen years and was a huge fan of your character, it was great having that,” someone shared.
