Riley Green Suited Up With The Savannah Bananas, Performed A Song & Even Got A Hit

Seems like Riley Green is somehow everywhere, all at once. The country star with multiple No. 1 Hits stays plenty busy with his music career. But lately, he hasn’t been afraid to venture off and add even more things to his plate. Green impressed a lot of people with his four-episode arc (which just ended in shocking fashion) in the Yellowstone spinoff series Marshals. He’s since expressed that he’d like to pick up more acting gigs in the future, but any projects that do come his way will have to work around his new job at NBC. In case you missed the news, Riley Green will serve as one of the judges for Season 30 of The Voice. The singing competition series will also include Kelly Clarkson and Adam Levine as judges, and it’s assumed that John Legend will return to be the fourth judge for the season. Riley will be the country music representation in the show, which has previously been filled by Blake Shelton and Reba McEntire. And amidst all of that, Riley Green somehow carved out some time to play a big role in the Savannah Bananas three night run at Truist Park – Home of the Atlanta Braves. While the hometown team was away, the Bananas made themselves at home in Atlanta, and the spectacle that is Banana Ball once again happened in front of sell-out crowds. It’s not uncommon for the Savannah Bananas to bring in celebrities, and Riley Green was the latest big name to join the Bananas baseball team. As this post explains, he not only performed during the game… he suited up a got a hit: “ATL, what a time we had! From Riley Green performing (and getting a hit) to walking a thousand miles with Derek and the team, it was an incredible three nights at Truist Park. From one Georgia city to another… Savannah, you’re up next.” ATL, what a time we had! And judging by some videos of Riley Green, it looks like the country music star had a whole lot of fun too. He first treated fans to a performance at home plate. With a remixed version of he and Ella Langley’s “you look like you love me” playing over the loud speakers at Truist Park, Green got a hit and showed off his athletic prowess running to first base: @symonewiththesports The Savannah Bananas bring out Riley Green in Atlanta #symonewiththesports #savannahbananas #rileygreen #bananaball #truistpark ♬ original sound – Symone with the sports Country music star, actor, The Voice judge, and an athlete… what is there that Riley Green can’t do?The post Riley Green Suited Up With The Savannah Bananas, Performed A Song & Even Got A Hit first appeared on Whiskey Riff.
