Jazz guitarist Joe Negri passed away on May 30, 2026 of natural causes at the age of 99.(Photo Courtesy: misterrogers.org via https://www.dailymail.com/tvshowbiz/article-15863013/Joe-Negri-dies-99-Actor-musician-known-playing-handyman-Mister-Rogers-Neighborhood-passes-away.html)A recognized staple in 331 episode of Mister Roger's Neighborhood, Joe portrayed Handyman Negri and was recognized throughout his life for his musical contributions.  He was featured in Rippling Rhythm Orchestra in the 1940s, served in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1944, enrolling in Carnegie Mellon University to sharpen his musical skills, only to return years later as a professor, worked at both KDKA and WTAE television studios, and released multiple albums with his final album Fly Me To The Moon in the 2010's.
