Many speculate the pair may be trying to mend their relationship since the King’s cancer diagnosis, and realizing life is short. According to People, Prince Harry and Megan Markle have an upcoming trip to the United Kingdom, which is planned, and King Charles has made them a kind offer. The king has made similar offers in the past that Harry has declined. He reportedly hasn’t decided about the offer. Harry and Megan are reportedly planning to bring their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, with them, but it’s unclear whether they will meet with other members of the royal family. King Charles has only met Prince Harry’s children once in 2022, so they are complete strangers. Prince Harry no longer has royal security while in his home country, which has caused consternation. “I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point in continuing to fight anymore,” Harry told the BBC. “Life is precious. I don’t know how much longer my father has.
