Trump celebrates fishermen with ‘National Scallops Day’
Marking what he called a victory over "bad" regulatory treatment by the Obama and Biden administrations, President Donald Trump celebrated a new National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) directive to reopen the northern edge of Georges Bank to commercial scallop fishermen.
