JUST IN: Charges Against Andrew and Tristan Tate REVEALED — 38 Counts!
British prosecutors have now disclosed the full scope of the latest case against Andrew and Tristan Tate.
The number is staggering: 38 new criminal charges.
Those counts are in addition to the 21 UK charges already pending against the brothers. Their combined total in Britain now stands at 59.
The official charging decision from the Crown Prosecution Service identifies four additional alleged victims and provides the exact breakdown of the new counts. The arrest notice from Bedfordshire Police confirms the brothers were taken into custody in Miami on July 18. A current Associated Press account places them in federal detention as the United States begins considering Britain’s extradition request.
The newly authorized charges concern alleged conduct from July 2010 through August 2017. They include allegations of rape, sexual assault, trafficking for sexual exploitation, assault causing actual bodily harm, indecent images of a child and extreme pornography.
British authorities say the latest charging decision followed a new evidence file from Bedfordshire Police. The four additional alleged victims bring the total number of alleged victims in the UK proceedings to seven.
US Marshals arrested both brothers in Miami on Saturday. Prosecutors are seeking their extradition on the original 21 charges as well as the newly authorized 38.

Andrew Tate faces 32 of the new counts:
Seven further counts of rape
Three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation
Three counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm
Nineteen additional charges involving alleged indecent images of a child and extreme pornography
The CPS has not publicly divided those 19 image and pornography charges into a more detailed statutory breakdown.
Tristan Tate faces six new counts:
One count of sexual assault
Two counts of rape
Three counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation
Added to the earlier UK case, Andrew now faces 42 authorized charges and Tristan faces 17.
The next step is a federal extradition proceeding in Miami. The brothers were scheduled to appear before a federal magistrate Monday afternoon, while a US district judge is expected to consider in the coming weeks whether the legal requirements for extradition have been met.
That proceeding is limited to whether the brothers can be sent to Britain. Questions about the truth of the allegations belong to a later trial.
Attorney Joseph McBride, who represents the brothers, called the new allegations “filth and slander” and said he expects the extradition request to be rejected. Andrew and Tristan Tate have repeatedly denied wrongdoing.
Following the arrest of Andrew and Tristan Tate overnight in the US, our Assistant Chief Constable Karena Thomas has issued a statement. The brothers were arrested as part of an ongoing investigation by our major crime unit into a number of sexual offences.

Every one of these charges remains an allegation. The CPS emphasized that a charging decision carries no finding of guilt and that both defendants retain the right to a fair trial.
But the scale of the case is now clear: 59 pending UK charges, seven alleged victims, two defendants in federal custody and an international extradition battle moving into open court.
The coming ruling will determine where Andrew and Tristan Tate must answer those charges. The question of guilt belongs to a jury and the evidence presented at trial.
