Chick-fil-A Employee Shocks Drivers Running in Traffic to Give Customer Forgotten Drink

If you’ve ever eaten at Chick-fil-A, you know employees always say “my pleasure” when you thank them. Some might say it because they have to, but others truly make it their mantra. Kingsley Ifedi saw a Chick-fil-A employee running through traffic with a cup of coffee in her hand. The car she was chasing obviously left the drink behind, and this woman didn’t want them to miss out on something they’d paid for. Instead of just letting them drive away, she tracked them down. Kingsley said that having employees go the extra mile is what makes Chick-fil-A successful as a business. Not only does the business sell a product that guests enjoy, but the employees make them feel good. While we don’t know how the customer felt about the cup of coffee that was quite literally run to their car, we have to believe that extra touch made a difference. According to Kingsley, “If you want to win at business, be like Chick-fil-A.” Lots of others agree. “Yoooooo i met this employee last weekend while eating at this chik fil a She was so sweet and helpful,” someone wrote. “This the service that’s keeps up coming back!” Another person added. This peson claims the running Chick-fil-A employee is their mother and she loves to help others. “That’s my mami Ms. Diana @salvarreydiana !!!! People who know her know that she loves to take care of her guests and she has such a big and beautiful heart. She’s been working there for more than 15 years and is a community legend. Come see her at CFA in Sugarloaf.” This story’s featured image can be found here
