It’s never a simple ending to a Remedy story‚ is it? Alan Wake 2 captivated me throughout its entire narrative (as it captivated our reviewer‚ Jeff). Like Agent Anderson‚ I questioned the reality of what was happening around me. Up until the very end‚ I wasn’t completely sold on Saga’s conception of the separation between real-life events and the Dark Place. If it had been revealed that Logan Anderson really had drowned‚ and Saga’s memories of an alternate timeline were the work of Scratch‚ I wouldn’t have been shocked.
