When Moriah Prichard and her boyfriend‚ Troy Goldschmidt‚ were pulled over in a traffic stop in Eau Claire‚ Wisconsin‚ she had no idea this was the beginning of a marriage proposal. Romance was probably the last thing on her mind as officers asked the couple to leave the vehicle due to an issue with Troy’s driver’s license. However‚ this was all part of an elaborate plan to sweep Moriah off her feet. When Troy was directed to kneel with his hands behind his back‚ he got down on one knee instead! “Moriah‚ I love you so much‚” he said. “You’re my best friend.
