One, I can't believe with all the 'staff' they have running around there, that they do not have someone able to step in and take over the duties of The Senate parliamentarian. Two, they will use the excuse that since he is out...let's vote it thru anyway and if something is wrong, they will fix it later which they will never do!!!! And the skullduggery report is a great place for them to be saying this...
