I would like to answer YES, but not until most of the Blue States turn Red first, like Michigan. We need to get that liberal bitch out of the governor's office first and turn Red here. All states need to clean house before committing to secession.

Thought I would add that areas of Blue States can be annexed into Red States or can form a new Red State altogether. Secession could produce several Nations or multiple independent states

No. What was built and has withstood this length of time is way too valuable in a historical context. It's not perfect but has built in mechanisms to improve itself. To arbitrarily cleave it based on political entities which do not represent the citizens, but only themselves, would be foolish. Perhaps if we are willing to go to those extremes, a better solution would be purging career sociopaths from office and re-engaging the citizenry to temporarily take up the yoke as the system was designed.
