This is the stupid stuff that pisses me off! As an attorney and possible judge, he should know that 5 miles over the speed limit is "being charged with a crime!"
Also, he "takes responsibility" How? What did he do to make up for it? Just saying I take responsibility for something...means nothing!!!!!!!!!
