I thought Texas was tough on crime. This cat shot his ex-girlfriend 22 times. And tried to evade police...so what happens...he is out on a $250,000 bond! He should be thrown under the jail. At the very least he should have been kept in custody as a flight risk!

"Working closely with the community to locate witnesses, authorities were able to narrow down their investigation and arrest Deleon, said the Houston Police Department. He attempted to evade authorities at the time of his arrest. As of Wednesday, Deleon is free on a $250,000 bond."
