Study Funded by Shell Convinced Pennsylvania To Give Shell $1.6 Billion Tax Break
In 2012‚ Pennsylvania lawmakers—including then-Gov. Tom Corbett‚ a Republican—crafted a proposal for Shell Oil Co.
