"A Pennsylvania man was caught in the act of dismembering his girlfriend’s body after killing her, according to police reports.
Cops said Nicholas Scurria, 32, was found inside a home in the west Philadelphia suburb of Clifton Heights with a machete in hand and the woman’s body on the floor, the Delco Times reported.
Scurria claimed that his girlfriend tried to cut his testicles off, so he started punching her in the face, according to the Delco Times. He then killed the woman with the machete and cut her head off, police said.
Investigators said that Scurria admitted to the crime but claimed it was in self-defense."
