Biden may not have said
'out loud' that the Russian sanctions were a deterrent, I'm sure he did but I can't find it almost like it has been scrubbed from the internet. But this memo from the Biden State Department makes it clear. So in essence, Biden lied again today and will get away with it. Oh... and he may tell his merry band of idiots not to put words in his mouth! That's for Dr. Jill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
