The Census Count and My Thoughts on DST!

I'm a morning person and like to start my day early‚ the sunrise this morning was at 7:30AM. It feels like I wasted an hour and a half of the best part of the day‚ but I do appreciate the evening daylight during the Spring and Summer months. My vote is to keep the status quo. And counting "newcomers" in the census has a profound impact on our electoral college.
