The Asus ROG Strix Scar 18 (2024) is the biggest‚ most powerful gaming laptop in the company’s arsenal‚ and it's certainly not shy about its status with its flashy exterior. Thankfully‚ it has plenty of reasons to be so proud underneath all that RGB‚ particularly when it comes to its performance and display. That said‚ some of its flaws are hard to ignore‚ even in the face of a dazzling display and impressive frame rates. For the past several weeks‚ I've been testing the Scar 18's credentials as a would-be best gaming laptop contender‚ and Asus has left me mostly impressed.
