Even though it has been in the works for several years, primarily in the wake of the acquisition of Activision Blizzard, Microsoft has now bitten the bullet and will launch its mobile gaming store in only a few short months. Xbox's president, Sarah Bond, unveiled its development at the Bloomberg Technology Summit on Thursday, stating that the store will be accessible across all devices, all countries, no matter what, independent of the policies of closed ecosystem stores this July 2024.
