The data comes after Breitbart News reported that Hunter Biden lied on a gun license application, certifying that he is drug-free despite records on his controversial laptop — obtained by Breitbart News — showing he was on a variety of illegal drugs at the time .

However, Hunter's sister-in-law, with whom he had an affair, took care of the weapon and disposed of it.

Hunter's text messages show that the Secret Service and FBI were made aware of the incident, and that state authorities were involved, though without any legal consequences for Hunter Biden, Breitbart's review showed.
