Ok...so I'm no economist.... but someone explain to me how this new Demoncrat-Manchin-Schumer bill is going to bring down the deficit???

I at the end of the month I am short $250.00 for rent. So, I decide that I must buy an electric car. SO, I go to the dealership and find one that has minimal add-ons, and the cost is $65,000 I want the car...but this new bill won't help me with a down payment, or a better trade in value...so how does it help...well somewhere down the road I may get a onetime tax credit. But I am still short on the rent. So, I explain to the landlord that by buying this new vehicle I will save billions of dollars and if he will wait 5 to 10 years down the road...then I can pay him the $250.00 that I am short.
The next day The Sheriff shows up with an eviction notice and what's worse is my new locale has no charging station near where I live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
