Melissa Etheridge is the subject of a two-part docuseries, “I’m Not Broken,” that will air July 9th and 10 th on Paramount+.The film is centered around a show Etheridge played at the Topeka Correctional Facility in Kansas, as well as the bond she formed with five incarcerated women who sent letters to Etheridge that were used as inspiration for a song that also drew on the death of Etheridge’s own son from opioid addiction.Prior to its arrival on Paramount+, “I’m Not Broken” will premiere June 14 th at the Beacon Theatre as part of the Tribeca Film Festival.
