This is what the left/islam want for the world part2
It's bullshit. They say they are recruiting more police officers, but you have to look at what the authority is doing. Now they recruit graduates and semi-graduates who would never have entered the school if they had not been sidetracked. Take for example that you recruit fully trained IT forensics officers who are offered employment within the police as IT forensics officers and free police training. But they should not work as police officers. They will work as IT forensics, so in other words the citizens get nothing for their money, says Niklas.
- It doesn't matter how many police officers we have if the police are still not allowed to work fully and take care of themselves. Sure, more police out on the street would ease the workload. You get more time for recovery, you don't have to go like scalded rats between alarms. But the big problem is that extremely talented, offensive and experienced police officers are held back by an extremely politicized police management. Being out hunting is not the primary thing anymore. Nor the secondary. The most important thing nowadays is the police brand and the eternal nagging about the watered-down concept of values, says Patrik.
The Social Democrats are now going out and promising 50,000 police employees by the year 2032. At the same time, there are alarms that students in police training are not up to the mark after the requirements have been lowered. At the latest this week, new alarms came from the police training. Have you noticed unsuitability or a lower level of competence among new police officers who have come out in recent years?
- The requirements for both intelligence and physical capacity have now been lowered. I've seen middle school students who are both smarter and more well-rounded than some new police cadets. The police have some stupid PK view to quota people who should really be doing something else in order to show that everyone can be a police officer. But the fact is that the police have a monopoly on violence that we not only have the right to use, but are also obliged to use in certain situations when it is no longer possible to talk, says Niklas.
- There is a noticeable difference in the quality of police officers who have come out of the school in recent years. The latest alarms from teachers at the police training courses are correct. However, not everyone should be singled out, because there are at the same time incredibly talented and driven young colleagues who have the right attitude to the job. But a noticeable difference from before, that's for sure, says Patrik.
During the year, we have seen several Koran riots and police fleeing the gangs. How do you see the tactics of the police during these situations?
- There are police officers to deal with this. Just check when the football derby is. Drive city buses and pack up every single one who can't stand and watch the game in peace. In the same way as if you can't behave in the square. In with AG/SPT and order units and city buses. Pack them full and detain easily. But you don't do that because it has to be tamed because we are terrified of stepping on Muslims' toes, says Niklas.
- The short answer is the politicized police leadership. It is managers with gold on their shoulders who do not dare to make offensive decisions. All police officers must basically be dialogue police officers. At an initial stage. No question about it. If we can solve things through dialogue, that is of course the right way. But this has gone into overdrive, says Patrik and continues:
- We are very good at working in the "red mode" if we work in the way that should be worked in the "red mode". But we are held back. "Back" when it should be "forward, forward". The Black Lives Matter riots in Gothenburg 2020 were an enormous disaster and a prime example of cowardly and incompetent decisions by the police leadership. It didn't have to be as bad as it was.
What do you most often hear that your colleagues are dissatisfied with and would like to see changed?
- Salary is a sticking point. But it becomes difficult to be able to raise wages when you recruit people who neither meet the physical requirements nor the intelligence profile. In addition, we need to demand more responsibility from senior managers. I had high thoughts about Anders Thornberg, but now he has fallen like a stone, says Niklas.
- The management. The management. The management. The root of all evil within the agency is the politicized police leadership. And with that said, people need to look a step further. Who controls the police?, asks Patrik rhetorically.
