Well...I suppose it's time. I haven't said much about this because it breaks my heart! Memphis was once a great city! Vibrant, clean and SAFE! I loved this city and will always consider it my second hometown. But someone there needs to stand up to all these bad boys...and take them off the streets...We kill rabid animals!!!!
